BCDecember 2, 2018Another instant classic from Rhett! A bit more melancholy than usual but beautiful nonetheless. However, what is the big deal about colored vinyl? It seems like colored vinyl always requires extra TLC to sound good. I had to disc-wash both the Messenger and the ‘97s Xmas album twice to eliminate some initial distortion and muddies. I am sure most audiophiles would much prefer quality over colors.

Long Jon SilverSeptember 20, 2018I have have been a fan of the serial lady killer known as Rhett Miller for longer than you’ve been alive, and I can say without Question that he is one of the best singers in music history. This album is going to be great. Everything Rhett touches turns to gold including with America’s band, the Old 97s. Rhett Miller is James Taylor, Chuck Berry, and Hank Williams rolled into one train wreck! Buy this album!
